Do you have tie-in contracts?
Nope. We don’t believe in contracts - never have, never will. More importantly, we actually have confidence in what we do! It’s standard 30-day notice terms on everything we do.
What's the cost of your website service?
Pretty simple really. We split our costs into 2 elements: - The initial build which ranges from £FOC to £0000’s depending on your budget. - The ongoing monthly subscription which is between £99 to £159 (excl. VAT) depending on the tier you opt for. For a personalised tour of our platform or a quotation, get in touch!
Do you provide help / support if and when I need it?
Naturally. Whether you have a question, a content request, or a technical issue, our support team is here to help. Although Alex (our head honcho) is based in Colombia nowadays, our support team is based in the UK and are responsive to your every need.
Can I use your platform to manage my property listings?
To display property listings on your website, you’d need to have a CRM - of which there are 20+ in the UK so you're kinda spoilt for choice. We’re independent and so therefore, already integrate all CRM’s. Some CRM’s are better than others, some CRM’s are more “open” than others. We do more with some CRM’s than we can with others (i.e. some have an Open API) which means we can do a lot more with them than the usual property feed integration. Happy to discuss all this in more depth anytime.
Is it possible to integrate WhatsApp into my website?
Indeed! Visitors can message your team instantly with our floating WhatsApp widget. It is completely customisable, and for a more intimate connection, it can even link straight to each team member's WhatsApp profile.
